Russia grants preference to oil export duty to 2 Ruspetro fields

MOSCOW, Jul 25 (PRIME) -- The Russian government has provided a preference to an export duty on oil produced at two hydrocarbon sites of the Krasnoleninskoye field of independent oil and gas company Ruspetro Plc, which operates in Western Siberia, as seen by PRIME on Tuesday in materials of the government’s Web site for disclosure of legal information.

The government provided the preference to the Vostochno-Inginsky and Pottymsko-Inginsky sites located in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District.

The preference was provided to about 30 sites, including the Novoportovskoye, Prirazlomnoye, and Verkhnechonskoye oil and gas condensate fields. The oil export duty for these fields was zeroed starting from February 1, 2015 due to the so-called tax maneuver, and will remain at zero until the average annual oil price remains below U.S. $76 per barrel.
